At Miracle Dream Homes, we understand that your home, in most cases, is your most important investment. We will never compromise our quality with a “superficial quick fix”. If you would like to hear our recommendations, we will always recommend a product or service that will bring you the best value for your home style and budget.
We also offer design consultations. If you need help choosing your choice of finishing or colours or you are just not sure what will suit the style of your home, we can help make this process easy for you. For example, if a space in your home requires a re-design or a certain layout (moving a bathroom fixture or planning a finished basement with multiple rooms), we will create 2D drawings and 3D presentations that will help you visualize different ideas for your space. However, if you already have a design idea in mind, we can follow your vision and materialize it with diligence and quality in mind.
Miracle Dream Homes is accredited and active official installer for Lowe’s Canada (all stores in Ottawa area) for bathroom renovations and decks. Miracle Dream Homes is a member of “Baeumler Approved” contractor’s association, we are approved Schluter Installer operating in Greater Ottawa Valley.
At Miracle Dream Homes we also prepare detailed written estimates and different options and written contracts for the job with disclosures of any unknown factors. For example, this may become relevant after we open a wall in your home. There may be other factors that we could not see or detect in our initial observations.
We also know that your time is an asset. Our crews will not let your project linger. once a project is started we will always get things done in a timely manor, so that you save money on labour and the project is done correctly.
Our contractors work Monday-Friday and will always show up as scheduled. Miracle Dream Homes will send to your home only qualified, experienced trade persons, who are respectful, trustworthy, positive and friendly individuals.
We also use licensed plumbers, electricians, and other specialized trades as sub-contractors. We can also assist you in obtaining a City of Ottawa Building Permit if it is required for the job or project.
