Inside, the material selection delivers high-end elegance. We used large-format, glossy light-beige tiles for the walls, chosen to reflect light beautifully and minimize grout lines. This light background contrasts expertly with the large-format grey, marble-look porcelain tile we selected for the floor, which runs continuously from the main room into the shower pan. This continuous flooring detail is key to the seamless, expansive look we aimed for. We also incorporated a thoughtful, recessed niche with a shelf, ensuring soap and toiletries are tucked away, maintaining the clean lines of the design.
Modern Finishes and Functional Contrast
While the shower is the star, the rest of the three-piece bathroom received equally meticulous attention. We installed a sleek dark espresso double vanity with a bright white countertop. This strong colour contrast serves as an elegant anchor for the room and provides ample storage for two, despite the room being a three-piece layout (meaning it contains a toilet, sink, and shower/tub).
Above the vanity, two framed mirrors are lit by stylish horizontal LED light bars, offering excellent, shadow-free illumination for daily routines. All fixtures, from the faucets to the sliding shower hardware, are finished in crisp polished chrome, unifying the modern aesthetic.
