I communicated with many members of MDH throughout our recent renovations of two full bathrooms. Agathe was very open with me at the planning stage, which I appreciated when I was trying to decide between different companies. Elliana were very communicative and provided useful guidance. Both used their extensive experience to provide recommendations for me to consider. While we did have some timeline concerns when the projects were underway, they were resolved. This was because the bathrooms that were demolished were the only two full baths in our house, and we were moving in shortly so needed to make sure one of them was completed. Although it wasn't 100% completed by the deadline, it was useable and it was finished two days later. We were very happy with how both bathrooms turned out. Enclosed is a photo of the primary ensuite. Oleg completed all of the finishing work in this bathroom and was extremely respectful of our space, as we had moved into our house at that point. Overall we are extremely happy with the communication, guidance, and workmanship of the projects!

We had our boys/guest bathroom renovated by this team. They did a great job especially Victor the contractor. He worked very hard, came everyday, and we were able to work well with him. His workmanship is excellent. The electrician, plumbers, designer Elliana all did a great job too. I recently had four rooms done, two full baths and two powder rooms. They were all sad and dated and worse for wear from the early 90's, so I wanted something with a clean and modern look up to 2020's standards. I found this company in a google search and checked out their customer reviews through Facebook groups, so they seemed legitimate with a track record of satisfied customers so I decided to give them a shot. My initial meetings with Agathe to see if they would be a good fit for my plans went well. For the products, I was guided for selection by Elliana, the project manager, but I made the purchases out of my pocket rather than through the contractor which resulted in some savings. Overall the service/labour costs were extremely reasonable, especially in comparison with other full service reno companies (as a general comp, they are about half what Amsted would have charged with a similar scale job). They were able to schedule-in my jobs exactly when I wanted and once I lined up my products, all the work was done with a lot of efficiency. The installers/workers were skilled, prompt, hard working, and conscientious---and this can't be underestimated when you're having strangers inside your home, they were nice and considerate. The work was solid and I will note that their problem solving skills were excellent---something you need when working on older homes with a lot of 'mistakes' in the original builds. This company perfectly suited me for my needs and the level of my particular renovations and realized my own modest visions for my modest home. I would say that you should know what you want for your home first before engaging and have an idea for your selections, then I would strongly recommend MDH/Capital Bathroom as very good quality, great-value middle-class renovators

We chose Miracle Dream Homes to manage our basement bathroom renos (complete gutting - see before and after photos) because of the great reviews, their quick responsiveness and friendly and warm reception we received from the onset and they didn't disappoint. From dealing with Agathe at the beginning of the project to Elliana throughout its entire duration, to plumbers and electrician and finally to Victor, the on-site contractor, the service we received was exceptionally professional and the renos were completed within the planned timeframe of two weeks. They already had an alternative solution in place in the event of plumbing challenges with the repositioning of the vanity and we in fact encountered issues which was dealt with immediately, never deterring from the original timeline. We also really liked that we could either purchase our own bathroom materials or use their in-house services to do the shopping for you - Elliana and Victor provided great recommendations and alternative suggestions. This team did not disappoint, from start to finish. We never felt pressure or upsold, they took asbestos concerns very seriously and coordinated the removal. Once the construction began, they continuously asked and double checked every minor decision and didn't jump ahead. They were all extremely polite, respectful and courteous to us and our home. Not to mention the beautiful bathroom we have and are absolutely in love with! Elli, the designer, came up with some great ideas along the way whenever we came across certain problems. Words cannot express on how this amazing team worked together to make remodeling our bathrooms a reality.Firstly, I like to thank Agathe for answering my call and starting me off on our renovations. Thank you, Elli for being patient with me. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She guided me in picking all tile and plumbing fixtures. We needed to transform our main bathroom to accommodate my husband’s disability. We removed our tub and turn it into a walk in shower. MDH suggested we have a built in bench and added grab bars. We are so relieved we went with MDH instead of one of the other "full service" places. We were nervous at first about having to do our own shopping (what do I know about tiles and shower mixing valves?), but we ended up with exactly the finishings we wanted instead of being limited by the supplies chosen by a single company. And for SO much less money. We saved about 7000 on the project by buying everything ourselves. The MDH staff were helpful, efficient, communicative, and delivered quality work. Even though we have a tiny house with no garage, Victor managed to do the necessary cutting and drywall work without covering our whole place in dust. He was extremely accommodating and patient, even when some of the stores messed up our orders and he had to drive back and forth needlessly. We anticipated that we wouldn't be getting this work done until the fall or later, but MDH scheduled us within two weeks of having all the shopping done. John and Yuri were fabulous. The stone wall around the fireplace was carefully installed one by one to balance colours and sizes perfectly, for a stunning fireplace wall. We selected Miracle Dream Homes (MDH) for the renovation of our main bathroom based upon their positive online reviews and the accompanying photographs showcasing their work (see their website and instagram page for more info) . We were not disappointed. The service that we received from MDH was exceptional, from the early beginnings discussing our ideas for the renovation with Agathe and Ellie, all the way through to the demolition and renovation itself.Oleg, Dimitri, and Anatoliy completed the demolition of our existing bathroom and subsequently installed the completely new bathroom, which included installing new heated tile flooring, installation of a standalone shower (complete with subway tile) and free-standing tub, new toilet, new heated towel rack, new lighting, and a new vanity and mirror.Throughout this process the team was quiet (even during the demo!) and incredibly professional. As importantly, the quality of their work was exceptional. We went from what I can only describe as a dated bathroom to a bathroom deserving of a feature in 'House and Home' magazine. We were so pleased with the final results that we will be working with MDH again on the renovation of our second bathroom.Renovating can be stressful, particularly if you don't know who to call, or even exactly what you want. MDH guided us throughout the process, providing helpful advice and suggestions throughout the design process, the cost estimation, and the subsequent installation / renovation.
